RE: autostart.py failed
is this has to do with raspbmc settings addon? now i also get script.raspbmc.settings failed when trying to run the addon. just noticed that overrclock settings did not take effect for this reason, probably.
and feedback on fixing this? |

Try this to remove the old RC4 settings Code: rm /home/pi/.xbmc/userdata/addon_data/script.raspbmc.settings/settings.xmlThen reboot your pi. If you still have problem with script error or autostart.py you need to turn on the xbmc debug logging and reboot your pi then run the helpme again. |

I don't see any autostart.py script error caused by raspbmc settings addon. I assume you can ssh/putty your pi which means that the autostart.py from raspbmc settings addon works. |

RE: autostart.py failed
indeed the austostart.py message stopped appearing, but still the script.raspbmc.settings failed to start, and the cpu runs at default speed ignoring the settings
I found below error in the new logs. http://pastebin.com/Mug4u3ga I tried to edit config.txt with nano and set correct values but it gets corrupted... Code: 21:58:59 T:1171072064 DEBUG: Process - Entering source directory /opt/xbmc-bcm/xbmc-bin/share/xbmc/addons/script.raspbmc.settings |

RE: autostart.py failed
Looks like something wrong with the /boot/config.txt. can you copy from a working one or try edit under pi.
