I have the same config as GermanBrummi and here is an error in my syslog:

I flashed my SD card by now and reinstalled xbmc by now. I started your first routine again and was able to use xbmc. I had no usb sound so I switched to raspberry config and found a menue where I could switch to you driver, I did that.
Now the system is in a loop again ^^ Thx for the help , totally new to linux |

ah no, but i will now and keep you posted =)
I typed the commandos, but hes now again in a loop. But maybe it is because i didnt install the last update from yesterday or so ? |

You will need the update as well. Just follow the update procedure here if you have pulseaudio installed

I did that. Now there is no more loop, but still I dont get any audio via my usb sound card.
I suppose not all sound cards are supported ? Ive got the tactical alpha 3d headset with an extra usb soundcard |

![]() By the way, under system info my raspi shows total memory 256mb , although i bought the 512mb version via a reseller in my country ? did he betray me does the info not show the 256mb graphical ram ? |
